Last updated 23 August 2026. These terms cover the ASAS site at asas.build and the ASAS Studio on it.

ASAS is a library of 4,038 layout blocks for WordPress and Elementor, and a browser tool for putting them in order, colouring them, and taking the result away as an Elementor template file. This page says what you may do with it and what it does and does not do. It is written to describe the product as it stands today.

Using it without an account

Browsing the library, searching and filtering it, stacking a page in whatever order you like, changing the design kit, previewing the whole page and copying a share link all need no account. You can do the entire job of deciding what a page should be without telling us anything.

A share link carries the stack and the kit inside the URL. It reopens the Studio on that exact build, which means anyone you send it to can open, change and take a copy of it. Treat it as public.

The download, and the account it needs

Downloading a build as an Elementor JSON file requires an account. That is the only thing an account is for. Registration asks for a name, an email address and a password; company, website and role are optional; there is no payment step and no card field.

What you get is a file. Importing it, where it goes and whether it is ever published are entirely your decisions — nothing is published for you and no page is created on your site by ASAS. The Studio has no access to your WordPress installation and never asks for one.

A single file carries up to 24 blocks. A longer page comes down as more than one file.

What you may do with a downloaded build

Import it into WordPress sites you build, edit every part of it, replace the placeholder text and images with your own, and publish the result — for yourself or for a client. The blocks arrive as native Elementor documents, not as a wrapper around somebody else’s builder, so every control is where Elementor puts it. That is what “yours to change” on the home page means.

What the library is not is a stock of assets to resell as a stock of assets. Please do not repackage the blocks, the placeholder plates or the drawings and offer them as your own template library, marketplace product or download.

Two things inside a downloaded file are not ours to grant. The glyphs in the library are Font Awesome Free, which is what Elementor already ships, and they carry their own licence. Elementor and Elementor Pro are third-party software with their own terms. Nothing here changes either.

What you need on your own site

A downloaded build is an Elementor template. You need WordPress with Elementor installed to import it. Some blocks use Elementor Pro widgets, and Elementor silently removes a widget it does not have when it imports — so a build containing Pro widgets will arrive incomplete on a site without Pro. The Studio tells you which blocks those are, by name, before you download, so the decision is yours and not a surprise.

Blocks that repeat a post travel as a small folder — the page plus the loop item it draws — with a note inside, because Elementor cannot link two imported files to each other for you. Pointing the loop widget at the imported item is one manual step on your side.

The placeholder images are fetched from this site when you import and copied into your own media library. Replace them with your own material; they exist to show a shape, not to be shipped.

Your content and your site

Everything you put into a page after you import it — words, images, offers, claims, forms, and whatever you collect through them — is yours and is your responsibility. So is the site you publish it on: its hosting, its backups, its security, its accessibility and its compliance with whatever law applies to you. ASAS supplies a starting structure, not a finished site and not advice about what belongs in one.

Fair use of the Studio

The Studio is a small server rendering real pages. Please use it as a person would: do not scrape the library wholesale, hammer the preview or download routes automatically, try to reach templates or accounts that are not yours, or attempt to get around the sign-in on the download. One account per person, and please do not share your password.

Your account

You are responsible for keeping your password to yourself. Sign out on a shared machine. Ask us at any time to delete your account, and everything listed in the Privacy Policy goes with it. We may suspend or close an account that is being used against this page — for scraping, for abuse, or to get at somebody else’s data — and we will tell you why.

Price

There is no price, no plan, no subscription and no payment on this site today. Nothing is being sold, so nothing here describes billing, invoicing, renewals or refunds. If that ever changes it will be announced on the site, this page will be rewritten first, and it will not apply retrospectively to anything you have already downloaded.

Availability, and changes to this page

ASAS is a working library that is still being added to. Blocks may be redrawn, renamed or replaced, and the Studio changes as it improves. A file you have already downloaded is yours and is unaffected by any of that.

When this page changes, the date at the top changes with it.
